Newly-appointed ambassadors present copies of their credentials to Tajik deputy foreign ministers

DUSHANBE, July 19, 2016, Asia-Plus – A newly-appointed Ambassador of Thailand to Tajikistan (with residence in Astana, Kazakhstan), Nat Pinyovattanachip, and a newly-appointed Ambassador of Australia to Tajikistan (with residence in Moscow), Peter Tesch, presented copies of their credentials to the Tajik First Deputy Foreign Minister, Nizomiddin Zohidi, on July 18.

Mr. Peter Tesch was appointed as Australia next Ambassador to Russia with non-resident accreditation to Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan on November 16, 2015.

During the meetings after the ceremony of presentation of the copies of credentials, Zohidi congratulated the ambassadors on their appointment and wished them success in their activities.

Besides, the newly-appointed Ambassadors of Poland (Piotr Iwaszkiewicz), the Bosnia and Herzegovina (Kemal Muftic), and Chile (Juan Eduardo Eguiguren) presented copies of their credentials to the Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister, Muzaffar Huseinzoda, on July 18.

During the meetings after the ceremony of presentation of the copies of credentials, the Tajik deputy foreign minister congratulated the ambassadors on their appointment and wished them every success in further expansion of bilateral cooperation between their countries and Tajikistan.

The parties also discussed a wide range of issues related political, economic, agricultural, health, tourism, cultural, humanitarian cooperation, and cooperation in the framework of international organizations.
