President instructed the Government to take urgent anti-crisis measures

Dushanbe. 28 August. “Asia Plus” -- Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon at today's governmental session gave specific instructions to the responsible persons to adopt anti-crisis measures, to increase domestic import-substituting production, economical use of the budgetary funds, comprehensive preparation for the new school year and a worthy celebration of the anniversary of the state independence of Tajikistan.

According to the presidential press service, the meeting had been approved and forwarded to the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan a number of draft laws on making amendments and additions to the existing laws, including the laws "On pension provision of servicemen", "On Insurance of individuals savings" and "On the use of renewable energy sources".

For consideration of Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan were represented the conclusions of the approved draft laws by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, including the draft of the Law "On appeals of individuals and legal entities."

The government approved a draft agreement on the continuation of work of the International Science and Technology Center and the Investment Agreement between the Government of Tajikistan and the LLC "International production company Chzhungtsay Mohir Cement" for the construction and putting into operation the enterprises for cement production, plasterboard and bags in the Yvan district of the Khatlon region.

In addition, the Plan of Action by the National Strategy for enhancing the role of women in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2020 years, the Procedure of conducting special register of lawyers from foreign countries, participating advocacy in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Procedure for maintaining a common register of legal formations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Procedure for the organization and management of the National Registry environmental auditors and environmental audit firms were approved.
