DUSHANBE, July 1 ,2013, Asia-Plus – Rahmatillo Zoirov, the leader of the Social Democratic Party of Tajikistan (SDPT), says representatives of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) have phoned him  several times over the past week to arrange an appointment.  He supposes they want to negotiate collaboration with him.

“Over the past week, representatives from the SCNS have phoned me several times in order to arrange an appointment, but because of lack of time I proposed them to meet today,” Zoirov told Asia-Plus in an interview on July 1.  He further added that it could not be ruled out that the SCNS officers wanted to negotiate collaboration with him.

“I asked them to phone me Monday morning but they did not phone, and therefore, I did not go,” SDPT leader said.
